Canadian Postal Presortation

Anchor corrects and standardizes Canadian addresses to meet the Address Accuracy requirements of Canada Post Corporation (CPC). We use CPC-Software Evaluation and Recognition Program (SERP) approved address correction software to ensure that a mailing meets their address accuracy standard of at least 95%.
If this standard is not achieved, CPC will charge higher postage rates to offset the cost of mailing inaccurate addresses. We provide a Statement of Accuracy (SOA) for each database showing the accuracy percentage. This must be stated on a Statement of Mailing (SOM) that must accompany your mail at the time of delivery to Canada Post.
Anchor''s Postal Presortation services enable your mail to qualify for discounted Canada Post Incentive Lettermail, Addressed Admail and Publication Mail rates. To qualify, your mailing must be consistent with the definition of the service you select. Anchor presorts your mail to meet the specific requirements of Canada Post to ensure proper and efficient mail handling and delivery.
