The Direct Marketing Association Telephone Preference Service (DMA/TPS) file includes over 4 million US residents who do not want to receive sales calls at home. Residents register by providing the DMA/TPS with their name, address, and telephone number, adding it to the DMA/TPS list for 4 years.
In your telemarketing efforts and as a function of your business to consumer relationship, you should determine if your business is exempt or non-exempt from the Federal Telephone Consumer Privacy Act (TCPA) guidelines as well as any individual State Do-Not-Call legislations.
Please be advised that we only suppress those telephone numbers of consumers that match the DMA/TPS and any State Do-Not-Call list(s) included within the DMA/TPS file.
