The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) E-Mail Preference Service (EPS) is an effective means of purging your e-mail lists of the consumers who do not wish to receive unsolicited commercial e-mails.
You should use this service to identify matches to your customers who you should not rent to others for e-mail solicitation. .
Using EPS is an important contribution by your company to preserve information access that is the foundation of successful direct marketing. DMA Telephone Preference Service and DMA Mail Preference Service are also available. Any email solicitations must comply with the Can Spam Act (S.877) of 2003
This service requires an original or faxed DMA E-Mail Preference Service Processing Acknowledgement Form.
