NCOA^LinkTM & EZ

NCOA^LinkTM is a secure dataset of approximately 160 million change-of-addresses going back up to 48 months that enable mailers to update mailing list with new addresses from individuals, families and businesses that have moved. DPV^TM ( Delivery Point Validation) is now included as part of NCOATM and DPV^TM footnote's will be a part of Anchor Standard Output. DPV^TM allows you to target your mailings more efficiently to reduce list production and postage costs as DPV^TM determines if the address can be confirmed as a valid delivery point to verify that the actual address exists down to an apartment or suite number.
An original or faxed NCOA LINKProcessing Acknowledgment Form (PAF) must be received by Anchor prior to NCOA LINK processing.
You have chosen to replace your original input address with our final address. The final address is the NCOA^LinkTMNew Move Address OR the Standardized Address which includes Primary Address, City, State, Zip, Zip+4, Carrier-Route Coding, Delivery Point Coding and for mail going into Puerto Rico, the Urbanization Code, OR the original address if we could not Zip+4 the record.
Anchor will update any address information that exists on your current record and return your exact record length. Example, if you have defined a Zip+4 position on your file, we will update that position, if you do not, we will not give you back that information. NCOA^LinkTMprocessing provides additional infromation that coud be very valuable to you. If you would like additional information appended to your record, your file must be processed using our NCOA^LinkTMAppend Option.
