DSF2 - Delivery Sequence File
DSF2 improves the delivery of your mailings by validating and standardizing the incoming address utilizing United
States Postal Service® CASS certified ZIP+4® software & USPS® approved DSF2 matching software. DSF2 processing
is based on a United States Postal Service® approved, address only, matching process.
Addresses are identified as business versus residential delivery points and provided with Pseudo Delivery Sequence Numbers for walk sequence postal discounts. Anchor provides a
Deliverability Index to help you decide whether to mail to a specific address. This enables you to improve response rates and lower costs by identifying and not mailing to
undeliverable addresses.
The maximum address hygiene benefits are realized when DSF2
processing is done in conjunction with NCOALink and LACSLink. Anchor offers all these services as a non-exclusive licensee of the United States Postal Service®.
Many companies who are NOT Licensees of the United States Postal Service® offer these services, and therefore outsource their processing. At Anchor all of our processing is
done in-house, in our United States Postal Service® approved secure environment.
Pricing of the products and services
is not established, controlled, nor approved by the United States Postal Service®.
