Customer Support

ANCHOR has always placed one commitment above all else – customer satisfaction. We truly believe our success is based on the level of customer support we provide and the solutions we develop with our clients.

What can you expect when you work with the ANCHOR team?

Access – Our offices are staffed with full time receptionists to answer and direct your call to your party. In the event they are not by their phone, they will be paged or another qualified member of our team will assist. If you’re tired of needing something done asap, leaving messages, sending emails and hoping someone gets back to you, ANCHOR is going to be a breath of fresh air.

Dedicated Account Executives & Account Managers – You will have both an account executive as your main contact and an account manager assigned to oversee every aspect of your orders and your requests.

Top Management – ANCHOR’s top management team is active and accessible. In the event of any issues or for general consultation they are always available.

Teamwork & Support – We take the time to answer your questions, assist with placing orders, and review completed orders. We also take the time to discuss all the options and make sure we match the best solution to your need.

Experience & Expertise – Our entire support staff have years of experience in direct marketing, database management, multi-channel marketing, database technology, and data processing. Our Sr. Management team has over 200 years of experience in the marketing data business and customer support. We are passionate about data and know how to make it work for you.

Contact – One of the most common complaints we hear from new clients is that other companies were eager to land their business, but after that barely stayed in touch and did not provide the level of customer support they were promised. We make a point of staying connected to all our clients. We want to keep them updated on new services and events, and stay in tune with what they are doing and see how we can help them. The only way to build a relationship is to actually have one.
