NCOALink
You probably have heard that
the United States Postal Service® (USPS®) has developed NCOALink
which replaced NCOA on October 1st, 2004.
Anchor is a NCOALink
Full Service Provider with 48 months of mover data providing the most
comprehensive change of address service.
NCOALink requires
a new Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) and both a new output layout and

clients will have to modify their programs to accommodate these changes and
want to give you advance notice.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective October 1st
2005, NCOALink (18
months of moves) has replaced FASTforward® Mailing List Correction
(MLC) which contained approximately 13 months of moves. The USPS® is
currently issuing NCOALink (18 months of moves) licenses. Anchor
will replace its FASTforward® system in 2005 however the layout will
be the same as our new NCOALink layout.

document and Anchor’s Frequently Asked Questions.
- Complete and sign a new USPS® NCOALink
Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) and fax it to Anchor at 631-293-4113.
Special
Requirements:
- The USPS® requires a new 6 digit
field that must be entered in the “List Owner” area called “NAICS/SIC.
Please refer to the NAICS/SIC document listing the most commonly used SIC
codes, visit www.census.gov/epcd/naics02/
, or call us to determine your specific NAICS/SIC code.
- Brokers/Agents and List Administrators must
check the applicable box and also complete the bottom portion of the PAF
in addition to the list owner completing and signing their portion of the
PAF.
- Revise your layouts to accept the new NCOALink
layout. Sample output layouts and sample reports are available for your
review.
- Anchor will start processing NCOALink
September 1st 2004. We are offering all Anchor customers a FREE 5000
record NCOALink test including the new record layout and
reports.
- Carefully review the test and call us with any
questions you may have.
