Consumer Phone Verify and Append
Do you have the most recent telephone numbers in your customer contact database? Do you have any telephone numbers and are you sure they are correct? If you answered no to either question, you should process your file through our Consumer Phone Verify and Append system.
When Anchor processes a Phone Verify and Append job, we add telephone numbers to those that are missing and verify the telephone numbers for those that are included. Match rates vary based on many factors such as file recency, coverage (i.e. areas with high incidence of unlisted numbers) and accuracy of addresses on your file. We offer two matching levels, individual or household and two matching criteria choices, exact match and close match. We also match at Zipcode level that is the finest level area code update information currently available. Anchor may use additional vendors to provide more matches.
Our Consumer Phone Verify and Append charges are based upon the number of records input and the number of records verified and matched. By running your list through our Verification and Append process, you will improve connect and response rates for your telemarketing campaigns.
Included in our processing is time zone application enabling telemarketers to
conform to Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations. These regulations
limit calling consumers at home to between 8 A.M. and 9 P.M. This also enables
you to perform time response analysis on your house file to determine the most
responsive hours of the day to call.
We also include Area Code Fix and the DMA’s Telephone Preference Service (DMA/TPS) file as part of the process. By correcting Area Codes first, we increase your verification rate and add or correct any area codes that were input due to typos or that were left blank. By running the DMA/TPS file, we help you to decrease your chances of calling resentful, unresponsive consumers thus wasting precious marketing dollars and effort.
Please be advised we only suppress those telephone numbers of consumers that match
the DMA/TPS and any State Do-Not-Call list(s) included within the DMA/TPS file.
Currently, Connecticut, Maine and Wyoming are included. You should also ensure
that your telemarketing efforts conform to all Federal and State Do-Not-Call
legislation, since we cannot provide any State Do-Not-Call Lists other than those
states included within the DMA/TPS file.
An original or faxed Phone Services Processing Acknowledgement Form must be received by Anchor before we start Phone Verify and Append processing.
