In response to the current CoVid-19 outbreak, Anchor has implemented plans to minimize disruption to the services we provide you while protecting our employees by minimizing exposure to the virus.
Beginning on Thursday, March 12, 2020 Anchor initiated the following procedures:
• Our employees are working remotely whenever possible. Access to our networks is secure and our network staff is monitoring systems. Phones are being forwarded so you may continue to reach out to us as you normally would. If you do not receive a speedy response, please follow up with an email. Anchor has successfully employed remote working in the past when inclement weather would make travel locally impossible.
• Anchor’s main phone line is staffed by our receptionist who can assist in locating people as required.
• Internal meetings are being held via tele-conferencing whenever possible to minimize interaction between employees.
• External client or partner meetings are also being held via tele-conferencing when possible or are being postponed.
Our staff is ready to handle your projects and we do not expect any disruption in our business. We hope that you, your staff and family all stay healthy.
